What to Expect
Upon Arrival
On the day of your first appointment, please arrive about 10 minutes early to fill out any necessary forms. If you prefer, you can fill out the New Patient Form ahead of time below. You'll wait for your appointment to begin in our reception area, where you can enjoy our free wifi.
Comprehensive Exam
Your first appointment will take about 45 minutes. Before the checkup begins, you and your dentist will discuss your medical history and oral health needs. Your dentist will then complete a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaws. The exam will include a series of dental x-rays and an oral cancer screening. As well a professional cleaning will be booked separately with our Hygienists.
Treatment Plan
Based on your medical history and exam, your dentist will create a dental treatment plan for you, with hygiene and preventive care as the primary focus. During your appointment, please don't hesitate to ask your dentist or hygienist any questions you may have about your dental health and treatment options.

Friendly Reminders
- Bring a list of current medications with you.
- Bring your insurance information and valid MCP card. We provide direct billing when applicable.
- If you are covered under Income Support, you will need your slip for the current month. You will also need a valid MCP card.
- There is a 24-hour notice requirement for all rescheduling and cancellations of appointments

We recommend brushing your teeth at least twice a day, for two minutes each time.
If you have a toothache, please contact our office right away to schedule an appointment. In the meantime, you can take over-the-counter pain medication to help relieve the pain.
